Question about Spring Brigade Premium
For what type of preparation is this frying pan best suited? Does it stand up well to acidic sauces (tomatoes, milk, vinegar)? Is it better to gradually increase the heat without approaching maximum, or can you heat quickly over high heat without the risk of the contents sticking or burning immediately in the absence of a large amount of fat? What are the maintenance recommendations? Rather a non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent, or is the interior resistant to abrasive sponges (due to the absence of a non-stick coating)?

This frying pan is ideal for cooking meat or fish, thanks to its robust stainless steel design. It is well suited to a variety of preparations, but you should be careful with acidic sauces such as tomato or vinegar, as they can react with the stainless steel if left in contact for long periods.
To prevent the contents from sticking or burning, it's best to gradually increase the heat, especially if you're not using a lot of fat. Heating quickly over high heat can increase the risk of sticking or burning.
As far as maintenance is concerned, we recommend using a non-abrasive sponge and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the pan. Avoid abrasive sponges, as they could damage the stainless steel surface.
