Good evening, I would like to know whether the plates on the cheaper model (which "only" comes with one fluted and one smooth plate) are interchangeable? In other words, can I click the ribbed one into the top of the lid and the smooth one into the bottom? Then the meat would be the right way round and ready to serve with the grill stripes on top. Thank you!
