Hello everyone, we have just received the new G10 plus and wanted to charge it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Is there anything else I need to consider/switch on or is the hoover defective? Thank you in advance

It could be defective, get it changed. Ours is working really good and we are very happy with it performance, its also very light weight, makes it easy to manuever with one hand
