Hello, Is the surface of this wok uncoated as indicated in the description? Because on the Kuhn Rikon website they say that the bottom is enamelled. If not, do you know of a cast iron alternative?

Yes, the base is uncoated and rough. It took me quite a while to burn them in, but once done you can even fry eggs in them.
