Hi zemme, I would like to know a) what volume the pan holds b) how long the handle is from the pan body Unfortunately, the statements are missing in the technical specifications :-(

2 litres, then the surface of the water is still approx. 8 mm from the upper edge.
b) 21 cm.

I've just measured it. You can fit 2.5 litres of liquid in the pan, but there's not much air left to the rim. The handle is just under 21 cm long.
