I don't think it's ideal that the additional guarantee is then handled by another partner, and it's also not very practical, as the guarantee period for various items is often incorrect. What I always recommend in such a case is to check whether the price difference at the flagship store is correspondingly smaller than if you buy at Digitec and add a 5-year additional warranty to your cart. If the price difference is small, I would buy at the flagship store. If Digitec has the better price including the additional warranty, I would order from Digitec.

We offer a guarantee period of 2 years for all products for which a guarantee is granted. Should the manufacturer grant a longer warranty period, this will run through the manufacturer itself after our warranty period has expired.
