How can I return the empty cylinder so that it can be credited towards the purchase of a new cylinder?

You can bring the empty cylinders to our shop for recycling, but we cannot guarantee that we have new cylinders in stock, as we are primarily an online shop. For a discount on a replacement cylinder, I recommend visiting other SodaStream partners or the manufacturer directly.
