We think the noise Level of our X50 is absolutely fine and no high tones. I estimate 40-Max 45dB. Good luck deciding. Marco

I find the X50 really very quiet in comparison. It runs smoothly even when you're at home and you can watch TV with it. Only the suction station is quite loud when vacuuming, but that only lasts a few seconds.
