How well can you make hummus with this machine? And generally blend/puree pulses with nuts and vegetables? I don't want to make nut puree, I'm really only interested in hummus and hummus-like dishes with a similar consistency. For example, mixing lentils with kale, onions, oatmeal, pumpkin and sauce.
