If I run this fan for 12 hours mainly on the strong setting, what does that mean in terms of power consumption or energy costs (zh)? Can anyone help me with this?

Since the electricity prices for private households are more or less the same, you can calculate with about 50 centimes per hour. That is 12 x 50 Rp. 6.- SFR. Note that the electricity itself is not that expensive but the way to you has to be financed ;-)
