Important question. Toaster received today. (not bought here). Is it normal that this is very loud? Or the ventilation? All the other brands I have used have been silent. This one I can hear all over the flat.

I can only agree with this. Noisy but makes delicious toast. Recommend turning the toasta 180 degrees at half time for an even crispier experience.
