Is this fan made for Swiss power outlet? I sent a fan from USA and it doesn't work even with adapter

Hello - USA is the 110V/60Hz. The one in the voltage walker (plug-in unit) is for 110V and not 220/230V. If this is replaced with a 220/230, the fan should work.
