Galaxus comment just under 3 years ago "We work with a Swiss supplier for the delivery of this product, who normally delivers the products with a CH plug" and despite X customer enquiries and negative reviews Galaxus has not managed to meet our customer requirement within just under 3 years? It is also disappointing that X questions about this were not answered and the product description was adjusted accordingly!

Apparently not at Digitec, at least. The kettle I ordered yesterday arrived today with a Schuko plug. Replacement for an identical one I bought from nettoshop.ch about 6 years ago - at that time with Swiss plug directly on delivery.

The widespread variant "Schuko plug with enclosed permanent adapter leading to a big, clunky plug" is also already bad. "Schuko plug with nothing included, customer may be annoyed and invest time again" is unacceptable. I have now asked for free delivery of a Swiss replacement plug (at CHF 3.20, incomprehensibly to be found on Galaxus but not on Digitec) so that I can cut off the Schuko plug and fit a Swiss plug myself. However, this will now have to be "looked at by colleagues", which will take a few days.
