Question about Zwilling Sieve
Is this sieve also suitable for sushi rice? Sushi rice is already very small, I recently had a sieve where it fell through the holes... :/

Raw rice falls through... I would rather use a fine-mesh sieve/net.
Really not suitable for small grains of rice.
Found this product for it : De Buyer Flour Sifter
The sieve should also work for sushi rice thanks to the small holes.
