Very bad experience with this hoover: Defective for the second time. First time 3 weeks waiting time, new battery. Now same battery defect, again very long waiting time. The above information from Galaxus regarding the warranty period cannot be correct! I am very disappointed not to receive a replacement product despite contacting customer service due to the TWICE defect. What experiences have you had with a defect?
