You might think that the really elegant stems are fragile: the opposite is the case, the Zwiesel Air glasses are comparatively very break-resistant, can be washed perfectly well in the machine (without smelling of detergent afterwards). The only disadvantage: the press ridge on the stem, which makes the glass recognisable to everyone as a machine glass (not mouth-blown). But afford yourself a set of mouth-blown glasses - you won't find anything really sensible on the market anyway.
