Product details
The pedalo® balance rocker features a linear tilting axis. Depending on the standing position, the rocker can be moved left-right or forward-backward. Training with the balance rocker particularly focuses on leg axis stability and strengthens the foot muscles. Various two-legged exercises can be performed for the ankle area. Using it with one leg increases the difficulty of the exercises.
The small balance rocker is primarily used with children but can also be utilized in training with two balance rockers simultaneously. With children, training can be done with both feet on the device, while training with two rockers can be conducted for exercises involving weight shifts or right-left jumps.
