Found the answer myself: Galaxus sent me to another supplier's offer that only sells in twin packs. I had to switch to the Galaxus offer via "other suppliers", but it has "unknown delivery date". Then I got a reasonable price and single sale.

They are the same size. From 15-30 kg means for children with a weight of at least 15kc and maximum 30 kg! My two younger ones are not yet 30 and are 6 and 8😉 years old.
