Good, but...
The part certainly does what it should. One sits automatically more upright. But attention dyes violently! For the price I would have expected better quality in this regard.
Save yourself from a hump!
The thing really helps me. I wear it every day to work in the office and I really notice how my posture is improving. Unfortunately, the straps slip quickly, which is why I can't give the product 5*.

targeted training is essential
The approach of the product is not bad, but to prevent bad posture I would recommend training first and then optionally the Blackroll Posture. The belt does not replace training and longer wearing the belt leads to uncomfortable muscle twitching. (But goes away again)
If you have a good posture then it helps to keep the posture. If you currently have a bad posture you should go to the gym.Pro

Completely unusable
According to the description on Blackroll, this is a one-size-fits-all item that should fit from XS to a men's M. However, for me, with a women's size XS to S, this part is far too big, as the Velcro fastener is not designed to hold with only a few centimetres of overlap (there would have been so many more clever solutions than a Velcro fastener; after all, you don't adjust the straps with Velcro on a backpack either). Even if you have the right body (unit) size, I doubt that this thing will provide enough stability due to its high elasticity.
I expected more from Blackroll. Unfortunately, I didn't get around to returning this crap in time.Pro
