350w is the rated power of the motor. 700w is the maximum power of the motor. It is best to only consider the rated power.

I don't think it has 700 watts. very little power when mounted. everything that is peak power, it should not be taken into account. in my opinion. as the new ultra pro 4 500w peak 950w, it should be retained that the 500.
