I have the strange problem that I have cracking noises when pulling. Has anyone had the same problem? the noise is coming from the direction of the water tank. i have tried loosening or tightening the screws, neither helped.

is a warranty case. Water tank touches side wall. will make an assessment as soon as the case is closed.
