What is different from the E4 version (this is the E4W). In the description it says that it goes up to 7.4 km/h, is this correct or incorrect? Are there any other differences? Thank you

Hello. Unfortunately, it's listed on the site at 7.4 km/h but it tops out at 6 km/h. As for the rest, I can't really tell you, but I'm very satisfied with it (even though I chose it for its top speed of 7.4...).
