The PoLRE-LPC switch (Power over Long Reach Ethernet) is a plug-and-play capable unmanaged Ethernet switch with 8 ports. This powerful switch provides Ethernet and Power over Ethernet over a single wire pair at a range of 365 meters. The PoLRE switch is designed to enable fast, easy, and cost-effective IP migration based on an existing UTP infrastructure using just one wire pair. The switch offers the following benefits: faster return on investment due to lower infrastructure costs, minimal time required for planning and deployment, elimination of infrastructure-related hurdles, risks, operational interruptions, and costs, and the ability to set up an IP platform that is easy to configure, deploy, and manage. Two adapters are included for the opposite end, with a maximum of 8 adapters possible.
