Thanks to its soft foam sealing lip and good fit, the respirator is exceptionally comfortable to wear. The padded nose clip, for example, ensures optimal adaptation to the shape of the face. The extra-wide, skin-friendly face seal is particularly safe and comfortable ¿ as is the enlarged filter surface for a longer service life. The adjustable, extra-wide strap allows for individual adjustment. The large surface area of the mask body ensures maximum filter performance while minimising heat build-up inside the mask. In particular, the 3M¿ Cool Flow¿ exhalation valve prevents heat build-up in the mask and makes breathing easier. Also patented and particularly innovative is the 3M¿ Advanced Electret filter medium ¿ it provides more protection and low breathing resistance and meets the requirements of the dolomite dust test (D). Particularly practical: the colour-coded valve labelling makes it easy to identify the protection level. The 8825 respirator has protection level FFP2 R D. The limit of use is 10 times the limit value for particles. Like all particle masks from the 3M¿ Premium range, the 3M¿ respirator 8825 offers the highest level of safety and meets the special requirements (R D) for masks that may be used for more than one shift. It is compatible with 3M¿ safety goggles.
