The Anton Oliver Black BX-P1 Griddle 28" is an efficient and spacious gas griddle that offers a consistently hot cooking surface and reliable performance for both home cooking and recreational use. Three burners made of stainless steel produce a total of 12 kW of power, making grilling fast and effective. The wide 70 × 44 cm carbon steel cooking surface distributes heat evenly and provides an area of 3080 cm², which is sufficient for preparing about 23 hamburger patties simultaneously.

Easy and safe user experience

The use of the griddle is effortless thanks to the automatic electric ignition, and the heating power of 38.96 kW/m² ensures even cooking across the entire cooking area. The griddle operates on liquefied gas, either propane or butane, with an operating pressure of 30 mbar. Reliable heat generation and control ensure consistent results, whether you are preparing quick everyday meals or cooking for a larger group.

Durable and thoughtfully designed structure

The BX-P1 is built to withstand years of use. The frame, lid, side tables, front panel, and stand components are all made of powder-coated steel, protecting the device from weather and wear. The cooking surface is made of carbon steel, and the burners are made of stainless steel, increasing durability and reliability. The included powder-coated lid protects the cooking surface when not in use. The removable grease tray makes cleaning quick and facilitates maintenance of the griddle.

Practical dimensions and functional details

The sturdy side tables of the griddle provide ample space for ingredients and tools, making food preparation smooth. Measuring 95.3 cm high, 131.1 cm wide, and 59.8 cm deep, the griddle fits various outdoor settings, such as terraces and backyards. The standardized gas bottle connection ensures easy setup and safe use.
