The Benning SUN 3 photovoltaic measuring device is a highly advanced instrument specifically designed for measuring solar radiation and temperature in photovoltaic systems. It is aimed at solar installers, photovoltaic experts, as well as service and maintenance teams, assisting them with initial commissioning, periodic testing, troubleshooting, and economic assessments. The device allows for precise measurements of irradiance in W/m², as well as the temperature of PV modules and the surrounding environment. Additionally, it features a digital compass for determining direction and an inclinometer for measuring roof or module tilt. The integrated calibrated photovoltaic reference cell ensures accurate measurement values, while the LoRa wireless connection offers a range of up to 150 meters in open areas.
