The rotatable ribbed and smooth griddle with non-stick coating is an accessory for Cadac's Meridian product line. The smooth side is ideal for preparing fish, breakfast treats, and pancakes, while the ribbed side can be used for grilling meat, fish, chicken, and vegetables. The grill plate fits on the standard module of the Cadac Entertainer and the grills of the Meridian product line (265 mm x 480 mm).
