They are ideally suited for tough everyday use due to the robust battery casing and shock-resistant soldered cells. The lowest contact resistance when connecting the individual cells and the large contacts are protected against accidental short-circuiting. A reliable capacity indicator with 3 LEDs allows for controllable usage.

These batteries are compatible with all battery tools from the DeWALT 18 Volt XR battery series and can be charged with all DeWALT XR system fast chargers.
