Doepke 09344642 Residual current transformer 1 pc.
Product details
Residual current monitoring devices (RCM) reliably detect fault and differential currents and report them without shutting down the system. They are used where shutting down the system is not possible or desired. The DCTR series differential current monitors are compactly designed and easy to install. The evaluation unit is already integrated. The device continuously measures the magnitude of the current leakage and fault currents and outputs them, depending on the variant, as a proportional 4-20 mA signal or via Ethernet. When the threshold is exceeded, a potential-free relay switches. A multicolored LED indicates the status. Differential current monitors with characteristic B detect pulsating and smooth DC fault currents as well as AC fault currents up to 100 kHz. Devices of this variant operate with a fixed set response differential current value of 0.3 A for the alarm relay. The DCTR outputs the measured differential current value proportionally as a 4-20 mA signal.
Features: suitable for detecting type B fault currents, monitored frequency range 0 Hz to 100 kHz, rated voltage of the monitored circuit up to 690 V, compact, robust plastic housing, easy installation, output of the differential current value via 4-20 mA interface, alarm relay with potential-free changeover contacts, operating voltage 24 V DC, mounting type: attachment is done on load-bearing surfaces or a mounting plate using the existing screw points.
Areas of application: The monitoring device is suitable for use in power supplies of purpose-built and industrial plants with TN-S, TN-C-S networks, IT networks, and DC networks.
