With the 6-button switch, you can consolidate many important control functions in your smart home, such as turning on lights, controlling blinds, or adjusting heating, into one compact device. The Homematic IP Wired Wall Switch HmIPW-WRC6 features six buttons that allow for the transmission of control commands (switching/dimming) across six separately evaluable channels. The 6-button switch integrates into the bus-based Homematic IP Wired system. It is powered via the system bus and transmits data through it to the central unit or to assigned actuators.

The interchangeable labeling field for the individual buttons allows for easy customization to personal preferences and use cases. Pre-made labeling fields with text and symbols or blank templates can be used. Six different buttons enable the transmission of control commands through six separately evaluable channels, allowing for actions such as raising and lowering smart blinds, as well as turning lights and scenarios on or off.

In addition to the buttons, there are also six RGB LEDs that can display a status (colors: white, red, green, blue, yellow, violet, and turquoise). Custom button labeling is possible through the interchangeable labeling field. The LEDs can be controlled in various patterns: slow, medium, and fast blinking, as well as slow and fast fading. The brightness can be adjusted like a dimmer. Besides individual control, there is also a channel where all LEDs can be controlled simultaneously.
