GEKA® plus quick couplings offer enhanced performance compared to traditional claw couplings based on the GEKA® system. With a maximum operating pressure of up to 40 bar, the pressure is more than double that of standard versions. The material used is high-quality brass CW617N, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. The claw spacing is uniformly 40 mm, allowing for flexible combinations with other GEKA® and GEKA® plus models. The couplings are vacuum-resistant up to a water column of 10 meters. The temperature range varies between –5 °C and +100 °C, depending on the sealing material. A patented GEKA® plus sealing ring 300C, with a temperature range of approximately –10 °C to +90 °C, is integrated as standard. Optionally, patented shaped sealing rings 300E in EPDM or 300V in FKM, as well as dirt screens for self-assembly, are available. Applications include water, industrial, suction, and pressure hoses.
