The door viewer is tested according to ÖNORM EN 1121. Climate classes C + D. Climate C long-term test of 28 days, indoor temperature + 23 °C / outdoor temperature + 3 °C. Climate D 24-hour test, indoor temperature + 23 °C / outdoor temperature - 15 °C. This door viewer is also approved for fire protection doors according to ÖNORM B 3850, El 30 (formerly T30). Max. door leaf drilling: 14.5 mm.

To avoid any issues (e.g., fogging of the door viewer), certain operating conditions must be observed. The door viewer was tested between two different climates - testing procedure based on a maximum relative humidity (RH) of 48%, which also corresponds to a healthy indoor climate: Testing climate D: -15 °C outside, +23 °C inside - 30% RH with high humidity -15 °C outside, +23 °C inside - 45% RH. Testing climate C: 3 °C outside at 85% RH, 23 °C inside at 30% RH with high humidity 3 °C outside at 85% RH, 24 °C inside at 48% RH.

Note: Failure to comply with or exceed the data specified in the test, especially exceeding the relative humidity in the rooms, may lead to fogging of the door viewer despite thermal separation.
