The Kolink Core Pro 12V-2x6 90 Degree 12VHPWR Adapter greatly simplifies cable management for the 16-pin 12HPWR connection cables with a 12+4-pin connector, especially in compact cases. It is designed for a power output of up to 600 watts, prevents cable bending, and avoids overheating with its integrated heatsink made of approximately 340 grams of copper.

New version of the 12+4-pin connector: The Kolink Core Pro 12V-2x6 90 Degree 12VHPWR Adapter complies with the adapted PCIe CEM 5.1 standard of the ATX 3.1 specification. This new version of the connector, named 12V 2x6, is compatible with the previous version 12VHPWR. In the 12V 2x6, the sense pins have been shortened so that graphics cards can only communicate with the power supply and draw their maximum power when they are fully and securely plugged in. It remains important that the adapter and cable are securely connected to avoid potential damage to the hardware.

NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics cards use a new 16-pin connector (12+4-pin) with PCIe 5.0 standard for power supply. Since the cable connections to the power supply should be used with minimal excessive bending, Kolink has developed these adapters. It simply plugs into the graphics card and routes the 12VHPWR cable plugged in at the other end either down or up along the graphics card.
