The one-handed exit controller secures emergency exits and allows them to be opened with a single hand movement. This functional principle not only monitors emergency exit doors but also ideally meets the standards EN 179. When the door handle is pressed down, the EH exit controller shifts vertically downward. At the same time, a continuous alarm sounds. The panic mortise lock is unlocked through the handle movement, clearing the escape route. The continuous alarm can only be reset by an authorized person using a key, by returning the EH exit controller to its original position.
