The NTS series pneumatic piston vibrator generates linear vibrations or shaking movements. It is used for bunker emptying, as a drive for conveyor and discharge chutes, and for the compaction of bulk materials. Additionally, processes can be mechanically stimulated and influenced. A special feature of the NTS vibrator is the built-in exhaust throttle, which allows for the amplitude to be adjusted independently of the frequency. It is suitable for the food industry.

Construction and operation: The vibration is produced by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston. The piston works against an air cushion and generates sinusoidal oscillation. This oscillation supports and promotes many applications or even enables these applications in the first place. Increasing the supply pressure results in a higher frequency. The throttling of the exhaust air is done with the throttle cap and changes the oscillation width of the drive. The use of a mist oiler ensures trouble-free continuous operation. The permissible operating temperature ranges from +5 to +60 °C.
