Product details

The KNX bus is widely used in the control of home and building system technology. The SL-E KNX expansion module is used to connect the EcoCount SL energy meter to the KNX bus. The IR (infrared) interface located on the left side of the SL-E expansion module is intended for connecting the EcoCount SL generation electricity meters. All values available on the measuring device can be transmitted via the KNX bus. Power is supplied directly through the KNX bus, so only the bus cable (a standardized cable) needs to be connected. The interface features an ETS user program that allows for function configuration. For quick installation, the module can also be integrated without the ETS and is KNX quick capable. If needed, the device can also be operated with KNX SECURE. With the product database EcoCount SL-E_KNX.knxprod, it is possible to configure the EcoCount SL-E KNX expansion module.
