This all-inclusive package contains everything needed for handling electronics. The vinyl-coated work mat has a resistance to ground of 10^7 – 10^9 Ohms, is abrasion-resistant, and offers a certain level of basic heat resistance, such as from dripping solder. The square shape of the mat proves advantageous during work – in the left and right corners, there is a 10 mm snap button where the included wrist strap and grounding connection can be attached. Along with the grounding wire, a protective contact plug according to German standards is also included, eliminating the need for potentially adventurous wiring experiments with the grounding point or an additional accessory purchase for proper connection.
