Hi, I have the Offgridtec (100)W solar panel and the Goal Zero Beti 200. The Beti 200 requires an 8mm input. Offridtec provides an Anderson output. I would like to buy this "Goal Zero Anderson to 8 mm" plug in combination with the "Goal Zero Anderson Extension Cable". But does "female and girl" really fit? The male goes in the solar panel. The female should fit into the "Goal Zero Anderson 8mm". I have also read that not all Anderson plugs are the same size? For example, there was a comment below regarding "Anderson plugs at Offgridtec are larger". Thanks for your help so I can finally get started.

Is the cable also compatible for the Boulder 100? Are the plugs rain-protected/insulated?

Info from the GoalZero website: Ports: Solar Port: (blue, 8mm): 14-22V up to 7A (100W max) No, unless you connect an adapter (8mm to Power Pole) in between. As far as I know, the cable is only compatible with the Boulder 200 Briefcase. As this has Power Pole connectors. You will need this cable: Goal Zero 8mm Extension Cable Goal Zero 8mm Extension Cable (4.57m) (4.57m) If you want moisture protection, use heat shrink tubing.
