Hello Galaxus I purchased and installed 5 of the lamps in 2020, in Nov. 2023 the first one gave up the ghost and now Dec. 2024 another one. Warranty according to Galaxus 2 years, according to the manufacturer, at least that's what it says on the box is 5 years, how can/should I proceed to make the claim? Thanks and regards ;-)

If the manufacturer's warranty period is longer, you can contact the manufacturer about this. Unfortunately, this is only possible via our system within the limits shown.
