I have been able to install the TX 29 DTH-IT without a QR code. I have the Technoline WS9040-IT weather station. Remove all the batteries from the weather station and the transmitter, insert the batteries in the transmitter first, then in the weather station. The connection will then work automatically without you having to press "anything". Simple.
