This is a smoker that is fired with briquettes and wet smoking wood... So the smoke formation is very strong at the beginning but then decreases... But of course it smokes more than a normal barbecue because the aim of a smoker is to smoke the meat.... If you are looking for a grill without smoke or little smoke then I recommend a gas grill if you are looking for a smoker like this the smoke formation cannot be avoided.

I haven't had any problems so far. The temperature remains stable, so I have been able to smock overnight several times. In the morning, I still had just under 100 degrees (with normal Weber briquettes). However, I have filled the water pan with sand - so there is no need to refill it. It's best to google Virtual Weber Bullet, there are lots of tips and recipes ;)

I bought my model from Galaxus over a year ago, and the cable feed-through was already there. However, without the additional handle on the front of the lid, my lid looks like the one in the picture, with the handle on top and the temperature indicator.
