Schneider Electric SCHN combined arrester
Product details
The SCHN combination surge arrester from Schneider Electric is a modular surge protection device designed for use in lightning protection classes I and II. This device features an integrated fuse, eliminating the need for an additional arrester pre-fuse. With a remote contact and optical function and fault indication, the combination arrester allows for easy monitoring of the device's status. It is suitable for TN-C networks and offers a nominal voltage of 240 V AC at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The combination arrester ensures high protection against surges with a maximum discharge current of 65 kA and a protection level of 1.5 kV. Installation is straightforward on a DIN rail, facilitating its use in various applications. With an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, the device is suitable for a wide range of environments and complies with the standards IEC 61643-11:2011 and EN 61643-11:2012+A11:2018.
