Application: The safety group is designed for use with pressure-resistant, closed above-counter small storage tanks.

Equipment: The delivery includes a shut-off valve, a backflow preventer, and a replaceable membrane safety valve. The pressure relief safety valve prevents exceeding the permissible operating pressure of the hot water storage tank. The backflow preventer stops the return flow of heated drinking water into the piping system. The included funnel siphon with rosette and connection accessories ensures that expansion water is drained into the wastewater line.

Installation: The safety group is installed before the hot water storage tank in the cold water supply line (please refer to specifications). To facilitate maintenance, the safety valve can be vented via a rotary handle. Additionally, the cold water supply line for the subsequent installation (e.g., a hot water storage tank) can be shut off using the shut-off valve. The components are interchangeable.

Safety: The safety group consists of a highly polished, chrome-plated brass housing, is low in lead, and is DVGW tested. The safety valve is component tested. The connection pipes are made of chrome-plated copper pipe. The plastic parts comply with the KTW recommendation.
