Grow your own Japanese Mitsuba parsley. Japanese Mitsuba parsley is a rare herb known for its unique flavor. It is an aromatic herb rich in vitamins, potassium, and iron. The leaves of this Japanese parsley hold up well during cooking and are used in soups as well as salads. The stems can be blanched like celery.
The package includes a set with seeds that will sprout within one to two weeks. Your first harvest is expected to be ready for picking in about 4 to 5 weeks. For the next 3 to 4 months, you will have the opportunity to harvest your crop repeatedly until the plant is no longer productive.
Care instructions are included in the seed set. Outdoor use is not recommended in winter due to the risk of frost. Waste: 100% compostable and biodegradable, as it contains no pesticides or GMOs. Storage: Can be stored for up to 1 year in a cool, dry place; after that, germination rates may decline.
