Fully encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof, and fireproof. No water, oil, or dirt can damage the BLUE Smart IP67 charger. The casing is made of aluminum casting, and the electronic components are encapsulated in resin, ensuring the highest efficiency. We are setting a new standard in the industry. Although the efficiency is 92% or higher, these chargers generate three to four times less heat. Once the battery is fully charged, power consumption is reduced to less than one watt. This is five to ten times less than the industry standard.

The charger features a variable charging algorithm with a 5-stage initial charge: Absorption, Reconditioning, Float, and Storage. It has microprocessor-controlled battery monitoring. The "A DA PT A you VA" function automatically optimizes the charging process based on battery usage. The storage mode is activated when the battery has not experienced any discharge within 24 hours. Once a week, the voltage increases to the absorption level to balance the battery. This function prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation, the main causes of battery failures.

The charger can also charge Li-ion batteries (LiFePO4). The Li-batteries are charged with a simple start algorithm: Absorption and Float. The overheating protection reduces the output current when the temperature exceeds 60 °C, but the charger will not fail.
