The Schellenberg roller shutter box insulation mat (13 mm) is designed to insulate your roller shutter box. With its excellent insulating properties, it reduces heat loss compared to an uninsulated roller shutter box. Additionally, it significantly dampens airborne noise and rattling sounds from the roller shutter slats in strong winds. Due to its good insulating and processing properties, as well as its flexible shape, the roller shutter box insulation mat can be easily installed in old, uninsulated roller shutter boxes. Joints must be sealed with adhesive foam or frame foam (not included). With a slim depth of 13 mm, the insulation mat is particularly suitable for tight spaces (e.g., around doors).
