after 3-4 uses my Winbot Wi PRO robot tells me: please connect it to a power source. On 13 March 2025 I contacted Emea after-sales service. On 19 March I received this email: We have registered your Deebot with our service partner Enfinitec in Switzerland. Please prepare the packed device, Enfinitec will contact you for further processing. I will contact you shortly On 29 May I wrote again because I hadn't heard anything. On 4 June I received this reply: Please be assured that Enfinitec will contact you to organise further treatment. Thank you for your patience. Since then, no further news. If this company still exists, we can say that it is not serious. So if your Ecovacs robot breaks down, even under warranty, there's no point in trying to get it repaired. I think Galaxus should warn its customers when they buy this brand.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to process this via Galaxus? I've always had good experiences with them so far.

Yes, I made a mistake. However, that's no reason not to follow up a warranty repair request from the brand's after-sales service.
