Can I also use the vacuum cleaner (WD3) with the filter instead of a bag?

You use the filter if you use the appliance as a wet vacuum cleaner.
If you use the appliance as a dry hoover (hoover), you will need the bag.
If you use the appliance as a dry hoover (hoover), you will need the bag.
The filter always needs it, but you can vacuum with or without a bag. The idea is with a bag for dry but without a bag for wet
