Yes, it should, this function is called latch-pull.  But I can only say this theoretically according to You-Tube videos, because my Nuki has never worked, it is currently being replaced by the manufacturer. It is important that your cylinder has the emergency option, i.e. you can close/open from the outside/inside, no matter if there is a key on the other side.
