Question about Lechuza Classico Color
Good evening Is this pot suitable for a Dracaena fragrans 27 cm. It is said that waterlogging should be avoided. Sorry I am not a professional :-)

I have many waterlogged plants in pots like this and they do very well. Just use loose soil or substrate or mix in some perlite, cactus bark or pumice and it will be fine. When the water level indicator is all the way down, wait a few days before watering. Even a 2 week holiday is usually no problem.
